We provide group language courses for employees with immigrant backgrounds who may face challenges in the workplace due to limited language skills.

Our courses incorporate industry-specific vocabulary and company materials as needed. As employees improve their language skills, they feel more engaged, integrate better with colleagues, and contribute more effectively. A shared language enhances productivity, reduces misunderstandings and fosters a positive workplace culture.

Language and cultural training for employees relocating to Finland.

Looking to hire international talent? We offer structured language training in partnership with Keuda Pro, providing a clear learning path that spans up to a year with regular progress assessments. By the end of the program, employees will have the Finnish or Swedish skills necessary for workplace communication and daily life.

Consolidating Finnish language and cultural competence for employees in international trade.

We offer personalised Finnish lessons at the workplace or online 1-2 times a week. Starting with the basics, we progressively develop workplace-specific language skills. We also support family members in their adaptation process, offering home-based lessons if needed. A third of our clients are in finance or import/export, and we have extensive experience in these fields. We are also a member of the German-Finnish Chamber of Commerce.

Preparatory Finnish language course for citizenship.

We offer a workplace-based preparatory course designed to help participants pass the national language proficiency examination (YKI) at level 3 or 5. An YKI level 3 certificate in Finnish or Swedish is one of the requirements for Finnish citizenship.
